Joshua: As I grow professionally into a public relations career, I can’t help but take notice of how technological integration is changing the way we communicate and relate to each other. Modern technology has made the world considerably smaller. Social media has moved personal relationships online, with almost anybody, just about anywhere. Real time communication with mass publics is altering how we receive and interpret sources of information. Globalization is changing the way the world operates, shifting everything to one technological medium and speeding up the natural “pace of life.”
